3. User Input & AI Output

• Ownership of Input & Output: As between you and Crosspilot.ai, you retain ownership rights in any prompts, text, or instructions you submit ("Input"). Crosspilot.ai assigns to you all rights in the responses generated by the platform based on your Input ("Output").
• Accuracy & AI Disclaimer: Generative AI tools provide probabilistic outputs that may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Output should be evaluated for accuracy and appropriateness and must not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or formal academic advice.
• No Content Training: Crosspilot.ai does not use your private Inputs or Outputs to train or improve core AI models.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time to maintain system security, safety, or compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crosspilot.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the Services.
